This Aromatherapy massage is a gentler version of Swedish massage therapy using massage oil or lotion that contains pre-blended essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils). During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin,creating a relaxing or uplifting effect dependant on which oil blend you choose. Some oils can excite the senses and invite in energy, joy and contentment into your daily life and can help you to clear your mind. Do not use this type of massage if you're sensitive to smell or essential oils.
