Service Description

This Hand and Arm Massage focuses on the muscles that make up the upper and lower regions of the arm and the smaller muscles and pressure points in the hand . This massage aims to decrease tension and pain using a variety of different techniques and is especially good for office workers that sit in the same position each day typing using a keyboard and a mouse causing repetitive strain injuries to hands and arms. Using long strokes along the arms and smaller circular movements on the hands we are able to target and relieve areas of tension.
