Indian head massage is a very relaxing, stress-relieving treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, often using circular massage strokes to improve hair and scalp condition. This treatment is particularly unique to me as i allow my hands to work intuitively being naturally guided to where deep massage on the head is required. Using a variety of pressure and techniques, including circular massage strokes on your scalp, deep tissue work on your shoulders, and stretching the neck I am able to release your hidden tension. This form of massage focuses on the three higher "chakras" - mind, body and spirit and as such hits your energy epicentre leaving you feeling very relaxing and serene.
